Battle Dress Uniforms
There is only one accepted standard camouflage for Sudden Harm and it is MultiCam. All new members will be given a period of 12 months from the date of their inscription to purchase a complete set of MultiCam apparel. Black however will be acceptable for indoor games. Sudden Harm recommends uniforms fabricated by Propper. As an official supplier to the United States Marine Corps, Propper is known as a manufacturer of high quality battle garments.
Indoors:
-Black
Full colour team patch must be worn indoors:

Outdoors:
-Multicam
Tactical subdued team patch should be worn outdoors:

In the event of intolerable heat (June-July only), troops will be permitted to remove their tunics in favour of either Under Armour Tactical Approach Longsleeve or Shortsleeve (or reasonably similar item)

Rank Insignia
Appropriate rank insignia must be visible at all time.
Trousers
Trousers should be bloused over combat boots and not tucked.
Boots
Any standard military boot must be worn; leather; wet-weather; or arid region. Black
boots must be worn with indoor black uniform.
Head dress
While in combat uniform and operational, the member shall wear either:
- a helmet
- or a balaclava
- or a skull wrap (toque) in either black, or matching camouflage or coyote (Multicam) or olive drab (Marpat or Cadpat)
- or a watch cap (toque) in either black, or matching camouflage or coyote (Multicam) or olive drab (Marpat or Cadpat)
While in combat uniform but not operational, the member shall wear either:
- a beret. Standard is rifle green on the exception of:
~ Tp 40 who will wear tan,
~ any member who is qualified Armour or former or active Navy who will wear black,
~ any member who is qualified Airbourne who will wear maroon,
~ any member who is former or active military or civillian police who will wear scarlet,
~ any member who is former or active Air Force who will wear scarlet who will wear Air Force blue,
~ any member who is a former or active Search and Rescue technician who will wear Blaze orange,
- or a patrol cap,
- or an eight-point Marine cap,
- or a matching ball cap.
While in service uniform, the member shall wear:
- a beret with above applicable exceptions.
Hair
Hair should be kept short and neat. Although Sudden Harm will not discriminate against
members with long hair, long hair must be kept tied back and not obstructing the face or ears.
Tobacco
All tobacco consumption must be done within permitted areas and should at least be at a
reasonable distance from team activities. Sudden Harm must maintain a positive image towards younger and impressionable players.
